I have Sponsored a Trophy & prize money for Fastest Terminal by an RS Cosworth & your build does not qualify for that. There are other Trophy's so i assume your car fits into one of the other catagories. I wish you & your car well on the day.

That's pretty right Rod as the Saturday is the main open day for the weekend BUT PF are assured track time as we have to share with other clubs also. The track have been good enough to let us enjoy Saturday as well as Sunday and waive costs for investment in growing years. Recovering the cost has resulted in other categories and clubs coming on the Saturday as it was only supposed to be a Sunday event.
Other than myself arguing and pushing for the best deal for us all, I ultimately have no control over what they want to do regards their financial matters, other than next year renting the grounds for a private event, which I doubt very much the attendance would cover the cost. But they are very keen on locking us in a deal for 5 years depending on this one. So it's pretty much up to you lot to help us get some bargaining power for the next few years. The more that bring in revenue, the more we can demand next year.

How many people have their name down to attend this then? I hope it goes down successfully so that more events like this can run. Most people on here know I'm in no position at the minute but I would deffo be up for putting my name down for future shoot outs and thrashes.

Whats the latest time you can turn up saturday night and still camp ready for sunday?

As it reads like the gates shut at 5:30 in the first post, but that seems a bit on the early side for last entry for camping so have I read it wrong?

Your getting a bit old for all that camping lark Chip . Going up on Friday staying 3 nights then ambling back on Monday with a nice bed & decent meals thrown in .

Don't worry about turning up Chip. There's someone there till late to let people in. It's only the racing that stops at around 5.30. I'll be there from Friday to great people turning up and help marshals etc, so no problems at all

Just to remind everyone that if your running this weekend, please don't forget to bring your driving licence and a helmet. If you don't have a helmet the track have a limited amount of spare helmets just in case.

Thanks Steve but really no thanks is needed. What seemed like a daft idea and the motivation and help from yourself and everyone involved, that's what got us to this point
We can only hope this event grows from year to year. Hopefully everyone will have a great day or weekend and I'll be seeing you shortly.

It was scorching from 9 this morning, we're all melting here. It's pretty quiet actually atm. American super stock are running at the minute, all hitting the 12 second mark upto now
