I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice in replacing the multi disc head unit in my 02 ST170. I want to update it, but understand the size isn't a single din or double din.

I don't mind a flat panel touch screen, or something different, but would like to retain the stalk control, but it's not necessary.

Any advice on what's good would be appreciated.
