Right then i bought a mini moto over xmas to have a little fun with. Its been running fine until last night i went to have a go on it and it refused to start

I can pull the cord and it refuses to fire up. I took the spark plug out and cleaned it and also checked for a spark as i've heard that the plug lead tends to break on them.

Can anyone help me out and give me some idea whats wrong with it.
