About as recovered as I will ever be mate.
Some small issues with my leg and wrist, nothing to major though.
More the psychological issues to be honest, never enjoyed it again after that, tried for 3 years and finally gave up last Xmas and sold both bikes.

just need to get the theory out the way and ill breeze the practical
