Default hello all

Quick hello to all at Passion, although I am more a biker than anything else (?) I would say I loved my old family Corsair.
Now currently working on my x's focus which, as I am sure all will know, is both curious and fun. I look forward to finding some solutions.

just stick my head down and get on with it but in true style it becomes so hard to function on occasions..... always best to take the motor away to get any sense at all.
Also another reason is, alas, the camber is all wrong.... kind of sums up the problem of relationships doesn't it!

a plodder...... BMW 1100, bit old now but a true tourer. Mine is the sportier version an RS. Great fairing and once over the weight it is a joy to bat about town or country on.
Long list of bikes including 6 Beemers, old and new. A curious SP370 Suzuki which I loved to bits and before that brit bikes.

My fav has to be a Rizla rep project (all race mods) that was my girlfriends but I was never allowed to ride it! Obscene.

I think my next bike will be a cafe racer.... as I like to tinker.

What do you ride then?

hello mate, my brother swears by BMW bikes he has a k1100LT the fairing is like a barn door but when we went to le man he was the only dry and confy one there, i tried an 1150GS but didnt like the lack of wind protection and the vibration through the bars, welcome anyway.

Exactly the problem with Beemers on both counts.

I don't like the huge things, though some swear by them. I like to tuck donw a bit.

And my GS i loved but gave up for that very reason, blown around all the time was not my idea of fun. Tucking down and snug is much better. I would find it hard to go back to a bare bike again.

My own personal hate are top boxes.

The barn door is mine, used all weathers, does everything but look cool (mid life crisis is in full swing), is a GS that bad for protection (Pete never keeps a bike long enough to trust his opinion)?

I'd be lost without my boxes!!!!
