Well sort of, theres a bloke over here that does courses for a set fee, you have as many lessons as he thinks you need before your test.

I don't want the following to sound like i'm saying i'm the fastest thing on two wheels or owt and I know any pro racers would slaughter me but in all the years I was riding road bikes I only came across one bloke who was a fast as me.
Another bloke at work called Carl, I remember going across to Wales on my fucked 50,000mile blade, him on his XJR1200 and we'd fuck all over anyone, 916, R1 what ever.

We ended up with an R1, him on a SP1 and it started to seem like we couldn't go for a ride on a sunday without one of our group crashing trying to keep up with us too or me and carl taking things too far and nearly killing ourselves.

I cannot ride a bike sensibly, to me thats not what it's designed for.
I used to do crazy things like passing cars which were in the outside lane on the motorway between them and the armco @ 150mph

I rode flat out everywhere so I decided that it was only a matter of time before I deaded myself so I sold the R1 and bought the cossie.

I love the cossie but it will never get close to the adrenalin rush of a bike

I will have another, but only when I can afford to get one for track use only.

Oh, and the 1000Exup was great, shed loads of torque
Quite slow steering so you had to grad it by the scruff of the neck but it would do whatever you told it if you were firm

Well ive had an escort cos and just cant afford another expensive ornament like that to sit doing nothing,,,,so ive decided its time to see what bikings like. Been talking it over with the missus and looking right forward to it....quite excited actually. Just hope i pass

Just ride to your abilities mate!
I used to go out with some proper Crazy boys standing up wheelies through traffic stoppies at every junction and the lot
One day i clipped a wing mirror of a car coming the other way whilst i was overtaking
Did,nt come off but you could say i lost a bit of bottle after that
+ the ex british superbike champ told my misses he did,nt want to go to my funeral yet so Donna kinda flipped aswell!!

The same mate had a few little crashes when out with me and Carl.
We wern't there when he had the big one tho.

Straight into a roundabout at 80+mph (was braking from 150mph)
The metal black and white zig zag sign did all the damage

Just been reading the thread and it seems realy intresting

Whats involved in the test? What kinda bike do you have to have before you can move on to bigger things? I asume if you have never riden a motor bike its a good idea to start with something slower?

Sounds like good fun, 2 wheels
