Default Police Bikers..........

Went for a ride out this morning before the weather closed in again. Went over the Isle of Skye (Holmfirth to Greenfield road) and as I dropped back into Holmfirth, saw 3 police bikers parked up in a pub carpark.

Went in and had a chat with them. Amazing blokes - totally different attitude to your normal copper and even got a compliment on my bike

Totally changed my outlook on police bikers - I always thought they were out to get you but they arn't.

Did make me wonder tho, how many of them are bikers when not at work aswell

did you specifically stop for a chat? any excuse for a look of their truncheons eh

most bike coppers are ok aye...apart from the CUNT who stopped me in my cossie for "speeding" when i think i was doing 73 max. He then preoceeded to tell me my car was smoking and it was deffo valve seals when i'd started it 2 mins previous and it was a BALTIC day as well I said they had just been done and you always see exhaust fumes when its cold. Then i got to the bottom of it when he said he thought he better tell me as he used to have a cossie and thought i should know.

Basically i was pulled over so he could tell me he used to have one. twat

So, let me get this straight then, if I stop you whilst driving my skoda/bmw I am generally a knob, but, if I stop you when I'm on my Honda then I am generally an all round top bloke?

OK, just so long as I know the rules.

Graceland mate, yep, 99% of us are bikers (well, you would have to love bikes to ride in the crap weather at work), having said that my own bike only comes out in sunny weather (I'm worried it might dissolve as its a Ducati)

My advice to all bikers, get yourself onto a police bike-safe day!
