if its like porto when we went it will be four ARMED police to each fan.
they are very heavy handed in portugal,trust me ive been there and been on the recieving end of it.
dont forget most of the violence you see on the news etc is stirred up by the media.the real stuff is behind the scenes.

What I found funny was the guy on the news this morning who said "the police were not interested in finding out who was doing what they just jumped in and dispersed us!".
The police dont have time to be a primary school teacher and say who is doing what. By dispersing, it gets rid of it hopefully before it escalates.
