Default resin moulds

hi guys!

possibly looking into resin mouldings for wheels.
not really to sell on, more for a few new sets for my own models!
mainly a few different sets of wheels i would like to re create if i can.
just looking for some info and tips about making moulds and what to buy etc.....

i have a set of bbs hockenheim R style wheels from a porsche.
and also a set of oz superturismos or superleggera style wheels off a mclaren f1 longtail version that look a bit like the wrc cossie wheels i would like another couple of sets of each in different colours but i heard you have to dismantle the wheels in order to make the moulds?? is there any other way around doing this and possible destroying a wheel or two in the process........

thanks as always for any help.

martin

I'm very interested in doing this myself. I have a couple of sets of wheels I want to copy but have no idea how to make a mold and copy them!
