i have always liked the vinyl roofs , the square headlights look awsome on a modded mk2 mate i love my mk2 pickup with them on it .
going to have to get a silver ghia now i think i have the bronze but the silver is much better

ive just retracted a bid on a capri because someone put Ł99.50 in then retracted it 6 hours later i think the bloke who's selling the capri has got another computer running as a different person putting high bids on and he's trying to get me to bid higher the bastard. not aving a lot of luck with the capri's.

if your unsure about foreign ebays just search for any battery powered LED lights, i bought a few sets of christmas LED's from wilksons and fitted a set under a car, was very easy

milliput is good for making parts, splitters spoilers etc whereas filler is preffered to smooth holes and stuff

 

Welcome I've only just started useing milliput, always used filler before. But milliput's a lot more forgiving.

nah to be honest mate that looks like the best thing for it is breaking it up for parts, specially as the windows are clouded up.
the headlights, back lights, rear spoiler, wing mirrors and any interior/underneath is worth taking off and the rest binning , unfortunately!

Need a bit of help. When painting 3 colours on one car like this



What colour do you do first?

I tried silver, black then red and they arnt very crisp. Will be NitroMors'ing it again and re-doing it.

this is how i would do it and have done it in the past .
see the pics of the two tone mk2 escort i done for alancdavis a few pages back.
spray the whole car in the lightest colour first.
this is the important part - leave it to dry/harden for at least 3 days.
then mask up the area to be left in the light colour and spray the dark colour then put next to a heat source for 2 mins , remove masking tape and place near heat source again leave to dry/harden over night .
the red stripe i would use a pinstripe tape as to try and spray it on it is too narrow and will bleed into other paint.
