not sure but i suspect as well as humberside the metroplitan & essex used them if only in a pr stunt with dagenham and i would think they saw service on the motorways
just thinking would it not save a bit of work if you cut off the original windscreen frame and put the cab one on?
would mean you could mask the join in the standard panel gap and there wouldnt be an ugly cut line on the top of the frame

this is progress on series 2 front bumper, still lots to do yet but the basic shape is starting to take place now.still need to add to bonnet and sort out loads of details but u get the picture.
thats looking well good dave
is that a resin copy of an autoart bumper? was it easy to do?
well spoted pete, cant fool you
its actually being a f@!ing bitch to get looking right. the autoart bumper was miles to big so have had to reshape it. still got the bottom air intake bits to sort as it is meant to go right across .
nice one, the bottom air intake should be pretty easy just means cutting out that lower section and moving it back then blending it, same with the central bar where the number plate is- im guessing the hard part would be keeping it stuck together lol
do you reckon if i was to send you some bumpers could you copy them at all mate? had an idea for a future project today but that could make it happen sooner if you could lol
actually how would i go about doing it? i might have a go myself if its simple enough, saves you and steve the hassle all the time lol
