ill give it a go if i cant find a replacement, itll be a pain though cos of the shape & curve, and the fact theres no ledge or anything to glue it to

welll i wanted a matt black car and a really big spoiler, so..

its meant to look really rough around the edges like a home built track car, hence the bad paint etc
wheelarches are model motorvations, and the wheels are model motorvations but i customised them to look like Work XD9s

i know it looks a bit gash, but its all reversible, its only paint & glue and at some point when i have less projects on the go it'll get a nice new shiney paint job. (and hopefully a new rear window! )

i am well pissed of now
i got decals of Dave for my mk1 escort and i got the bonnet one on ok and then i started with the side and had to cut then which was ok doing that and got them on and make a total bloody mess i cant do this i am ok with ones i dont have to cut
had to cut them because of the wide arches which i had done great

just wish i got in touch with Dave to send my car to him for Dave to do it for more money down the bloody drain

i have the RS500 decals which are easy to fit which should be going on in a couple of weeks

DAVE HELP PLEASE

another project a german police mercedes or (polizei car)

minichamps w212 e class wheels painted matt black & fitted with a large push bar

grill insert painted matt black
front fogs painted red & blue
and that big push bar

tail lights get the full red tint treatment
things to do
1)green body stripe (painted )
2)polizei wording white for green stripe black for bonnet and boot lid + car number for roof (decal any volentiers)
3) roof light (working) and possibly a siren(again working)
i have got a working light purchased if e-bay but i didnt read the listing properly and got the wrong one its an internal mount (unmarked cars) so here it is fitted to the w212 (e-class) exciteaible little brother
w204 (c-class) unmarked car

looks standard!!

is that something in the top of the screen??

hands where i can see them you all nicked!!
lights courtesy of www.policelightbarmodels.com

matt the cop cars look cool
itd probably be a million times easier & better if you got dave to do the green strip in decal form with the polezei letters cut out so the white paint showed through, you wouldnt get the hassle of messy paint then - may as well if your getting the roof numbers etc done
