Just more lies,i have thought about speaking to the police as its obtaining money by false pretences but i don't think theres anything they would do.He is closing accounts on other sites so no one can get hold of him.

Must be bloody annoying this guy ripping you off ..! Its the principal as much as the money , things are tight for everyone these days.. you would have thought a thread on modelling would be safe from thieves (but innocent until proven guilty ! ) .. Anyway bought some spare parts for my 1/18th AMG Mercedes on Ebay , front windscreen , rear window .... messaged the seller to ask if they were scratch free with no cracks etc he said they were fine , so i paid Ł7.50 as i needed the windscreen...When they arrived they were cracked and scratched to the point of being useless !

,Thanks Rapid 3DR ,managed to salvage the front screen , used toothpaste ! sounds mad but its an old model makers trick ! works a treat as long as the scratch is not to deep,cheap paste works best , bit like solvol autosol metal polish used on alloy .
