Default Engine Conversion Insurance

Good evening all

Next year I'll be dropping a 1.8 16v Zetec engine in my Ford Ka, I'm going to do it legally and transfer the V5 to a 1.8 etc and same with insurance

I know it won't be cheap, but worth it

At the time I'll be 19, with 1 year NCB.

Any ideas at roughly how much I'll be looking at?

Any advice will be much appreciated

Thanks alot

Lewis

I was 24 with 1 years no claims when I got quoted 1500 for my rs2000 conversion on my mk4 escort, it was 1800 for an original rs2000 that was with adrian flux mate try a company called need to insure, im mow 25 and put an rsturbo engine init, told them every mod lowered full exhaust system, chipped, t3, tinted windows n loads done to engine n its 515 for year now so see what its like then when ur 25 if u can hold on till then lol
