I took out a new policy with esure in august, paid the deposit and am meant to pay £33 a month, anyway september's payment was never taken, and neither has this months (was meant to be taken today)

Should i ring them?

this sounds like a stupid question to me!

what if they havent taken payment because you're not insured?!

course you bloody ring them!

Did they send you anything like a credit agreement through with the original insurance docs and you aint signed it and sent it back? That could be the reason they aint taken any money.

I'm insured as i got pulled last night for not wearing my seat belt so i'm sure they would have said if i wasn't insured, even on askmid it says i'm insured.

Yeah i returned the credit agreement i think

just fucking phone them! it'll bite you later when they come looking for the full payment and you dont have the money...

Going to ring them not and i didn't need to sign and return the credit agreement, just says if details are correct then i need to do nowt

I thought that at first, but when today's payment wasn't taken i thought something must be wrong, going to ring them now see what they say
