As a policeman myself the police wont give out address We will visit the person ourselves but not give out addresses surely paypal can refund you your money that is why we all use paypal to get away from the fraudsters ..

they did'nt say they would give it to me but will give it to the courts.

This was why this user was banned as soon as it was found out who he was otherwise others could have been ripped off also.

Without trying to sound a cunt did that not set alarm bells off. Seems common place that people get ripped off this way now.

If i can't collect in person i offer to pay the paypal charge if they knock that back then the deal is off simple.

It maybe be an idea if the site are allowing people to sell things on here they should have there address and this should be able to be requested but if you request there details yours would need to be sent to them as this makes it all above board on the sites point of view.

The site already says that you should be carefully of who you trade with and sending money as a gift is a big nono if you don't know the guy from Adam.

Perhaps you should ask for people to vouch for the seller beforehand if you are new? If it was me there are plenty of people who know me and would say I'm honest and stuff, the same with the vast majority of people who post here would vouch for each other as not being scamming cunts.

It is a case of buyer beware though

Ok the only person who actually left negative feedback for r5jame5 was milesy we need to find out if milesy can remember what email address he was given to send the money to.

if its r5jame5@hotmail.co.uk then i would have to say that r5jame5 and bigboost451 are one of the same regardless of what he is telling you on the phone.

i think that sellers should give more info to the mods so that it would stop shit like this happening as the mods would have the info and could pass it on to the police
