Name and Shame

Bought some phones of him, arrived one short, tryed to bullshit me saying postie robbed it, and then wanted me to claim for 2 diff fones which i did not as im nor gonna defraud the royal mail, and i have still offical letter from royal mail stating his claim, so anyone knows where he is these days, pls pm me his details,
and if elvis you read this:

Always loads of threads where people threaten to do this and it never happens! If you were serious you would not of posted on here as the surprise element has now been taken away. Then what you going to do when you get there.... beat him up???

Guy was full of shit, i wouldn't have trusted him as far as i could fling him.
And i got an infraction for being the only one willing to come out and say it at the time!

How do you make a claim against the Royal Mail? is it down to the person receiving or the person sending to make the claim..
I bought some esc cos side skirts off a very well known member on here and after waiting many week and numerous PM's still no skirts or cash back...
What pisses me off is I (as many on here will testify) always pay either cash sent (special delivery) or through paypal...
People sending things out seem to think its ok to send it un-recorded and then dont offer any help or compensation when items dont turn up..
Makes forums like this very untrustworthy places to do business and quite frankly makes me not want to be a part of them....

go get the money back.
From the threads i saw from Elvis he didnt seem that bad a bloke but then i try and not be on here every day.
