No wonder the lights leaked!! Its not the lights but the whole rear panel is leaking!! As you can see from pics i'm taking it back to bare metal and starting again, lots of fillar so i'm grinding it out and panel beating it back into shape so there wont be as much fillar. We have got to remember this car is about 22 years old now so i personally think its held up well.
In the 3rd pic that is a hole at the bottom!!
Having said all that i'm really enjoying it

If you are sorting it all properly now Lee, does that mean you will be hanging onto the old girl for a bit longer, as i remember you were talking about getting rid soon possibly???

Dunno... will see how this season goes. Probably get more into racing with Sean. Will see.

Don't think I will ever sell it unless I need to. May mothball it and just get it out for RS days only.

May rearrange the garage a bit, currently I fancy a Caterham R500 and a 997 and a Ferrari 360 Spider... oh and a hummer or a Dodge ram

Who knows!

Some more. Simon standards are VERY high. Wasted on me, I couldn't tell if he painted it with a roller and his feet or a spray gun!

Yes, Mongoose was too noisy and probably restrictive. Hayward and Scott made this one with a seperate Silenced screamer pipe. It uses the space where the Fuel tank used to be for two huge boxes, as that was moved in the car.

Here is a rough route!
