Default Bastid bloody cars! CVH EFi non starting help needed!

Bllody thing. Auction ends on eBay on Sunday and just discovered it won't start. I had this problem before but thought I'd fixed it.

It starts to turn over then slows and slows til zilch as if it's a flat battery but I put the battery in four days ago and it started first time. 2 days later it started but hesitated slightly. Today it dies and won't start. Didn't stop the interior light and the central locking coming on though so it's obviously not dead.

The car only has a Ford immobiliser on it with a little chip slot and a flashing red light above it.

Any ideas anyone? I really need to sort this before it goes.

so it turns over but wont start OR it turns over, has a spark and fuel but the starter aint got the juice to start it

if its the first one is sounds like the CPS has a issue,,,,,,,, quite comon tbh and thats easy to discover as you wont have a spark

if its the other one then the batt it fooked and not holding a charge IMO
