Was just wondering if anyones bought the full version?

only ever used the free one, and have found this with windows firewall and spybot has kept my ps clean with no problems at all in the last 18 months, so would never go back to mcafee or norton

Get Xoftspy and run that and see what it comes up with AVG is great AV software

whats the xsoft one james? spywear scanner?

Thing is though with these spybot/spyware scanners or whatever they happened to be called, most of them just scan and tell you how infected your pc is and then go on to say if you want infected files removed you must purchase the full version

anything in AVG full worth getting? ive never bothered to look

ive tried a few AV products over the years (ie all of them ) and i prefer AVG for simpleness and smallest footprint. It might not have the best detection engine in the world, but its good enough
