My experience has been good also, I ordered one day on morning and items arrived 2 days later, very good and they keep you up to date with email progress on order.

3 times i had to reorder star wars 3 as its never arrived.. so i gave up in the end.. wont be bothering with them anymore as they couldnt even be arsed to reply to my emails

and i will add i have been ordering from them for years, since they first started infact and never had a problem then, they even used to send stuff within about 2 days

Andy, it's often better to ring them m8 to get it sorted I've had cases where stuff hasn't arrived, and they've sorted it out rather sharpish.

Oh,

And if you really want to see something trick, check out www.playusa.com

ive found it ALWAYS takes 2 days from when they email you to say its been posted. so if they email you monday, youll get it wednesday.

ordered 10 / 15 dvds from them, only 1 took longer than 2 days, as it got lost, but they replaced it no questions asked

If they are cheaper than the other site I usually use, perfect - great delivery time too, just silly they don't record the items sent, how much do they stand to loose

Normally 3 - 5 working day's, you'll need a multi-region dvd player as all the dvd's are region 1, and a darn sight cheaper.

I've pre-ordered Knight Rider Season 3, and The A-Team Season 3

Lot's of 80's and 90's Nostalgia can be found on both sites

Lol @ heated debate

Anyway, I have used them loads and loads for a couple of years now, and they have only let me down twice - one christmas I ordered a CD as a present and it never arrived (post office lost it more than likely) but even tho Play replaced it free of charge they couldn't get me it in time for xmas as they had a 14day missing policy, and by the time that was up it was too late for xmas delivery... Not really their fault tho as the post office lost it, and I ordered it too late to be covered...

Only other time they weren't 100% was a DVD I ordered, took about 2 weeks to arrive. Again not really their fault tho, as the dispatch date was only a couple of days after I ordered it, so again most likely the post office was slow.....

Other than that tho, they have been superb - always use em!
