1 or 2 version

i found this INFO

when i had my rs 2

When you start the car up it should idle perfectly at around 950 rpm. Check for blue smoke on start up, which is a sign of the engine burning oil. And it is normally the valve stem oil seals letting oil past. You should also check in the header tank for mayonnaise, which means the head gasket is leaking "QUOTE FROM THE LINK"

or as NUTS RuS said Condensation hopefully

I thought condensation, however, there is no smoke on startup or at all, oil pressure is at around 4 bar cold but drops to less than 1 bar when hot, any ideas what the oil pressure should be? Thanks for the input so far guys

sorry youve got me wrong the copy paste would not work unless i did the whole typing for some reason

You should also check in the header tank for mayonnaise, which means the head gasket is leaking

Oil pressure is fine.
It will change dependant of age and viscosity of oil used.

There is no 'set' figure it should be.

Sounds like it could be condensation to me as well, it is made worse by doing lots of short journeys or if your thermostat is stuck open so your car doesn't get warm properly.
