MK5/6 escorts and the escos similarities
I'm having trouble with a dodgy boot release switch and a go slow rear wiper 
.
Did the mk5/6 normal escorts come with these(rear wiper for sure but what about boot release?) and will I find something vaguely useful in a haynes manual for them.
I'm really after a wiring diagram showing the wiring so I can check it without pulling it all out. ALl the wiring diagrams I have seen are for the engine management.

common fault on the mk6. mine used to do all the time as well.. mine seemed to be a problem with the wiring at the top of the boot leaving the cars roof.. where the hinges are.. might be a bad earth.. as you pushed the boot open it would suddenly be ok
