sorry to any on here, but i have just picked a envolope up inside my door with the end ripped off. what possible explaination is there for that? other than someone having a look?

Could've got caught in the sorting machine or even in your letterbox as it went through.

Yeah spot on very doubtful someone would have looked at it just a case of DIT (Damaged in transit)

hmmm, looks very suspect to me tbh. and its not the first problem i have had. would have thought if it happened in the sorting office they would at least tape it up. No sign of the rest anywhere around my door, and my letterbox would have to be a right monster to chew that much off . nevermind, it prob is innocent

Dave I know you have had probs before mate, i'd report it, cuz as you say if it has been damaged in transit, it should be in an official sealed (sp?) bag, with appologies writen across giving various scenarios as to how it may have been damaged...
