Danny B has just fitted a peddle box with 3 master cylinders behind my ka dash which has alot less room, plus ive got part of my roll cage that runs the width of the car behind the dash too,m so i would say that it is possible in your fiesta bro

cheers mate

(its a mk2)

tommy had to take the bottom end apart to have my pistons skimmed to get exact compression ratio as it was a bit too high so its set me back a couple of weeks so hoping to be all dyno'd by mid feb now the money for machining/labour has put me behind

the pedal box was mounted in the car by a local fabricator/sprayer who is painting the inside of the car & doing some welding on it,,,
its the same pedal box as yours (wilwood)

here are some pics of the right hand side mounting point,
the right hand mount has been welded to that plate & braced off of the top of the bulkhead
Name: insidepaint030.jpg
Views: 527
Size: 103.8 KB

Name: bodywork007.jpg
Views: 420
Size: 47.4 KB
the bulkhead has been plated & welded both sides for strength &
here it is all painted up
Name: insidepaint054.jpg
Views: 428
Size: 95.5 KB

the left hand mount has been made on the steering column support as it was perfectly in line & is more than strong enough to handle half the support

il get some more pics so you can see what i mean when i go down there next as i havent had a chance yet

Hi MK sorry I aint got back to you, been flat out with work. you want a ,750 for the clutch and a bmw 325i slave cylinder should work well on the clutch, make a bracket to fix it to so that it pushes the clutch leave that the cable would noramally pull the KA still has stock slave cylinder

If you need the parts give me a call or PM and I'll order then in for you.

KAZETEC tomorrow pics with dash in to show that there no excuse about limited space inside the car. We have made optimum us of space in the KA so that the engin bay will still be clutter free and easy to work on.

that should do the job, I cant do the bracket without a box mate, and ideally on an engine with a clutch in so we can get it perfect.

here is some pics i took 2nite of the pedals in my car,,
the accelerator is set back slightly because it is disconnected from the cable otherwise they all line up perfect

Name: pedals001.jpg
Views: 537
Size: 52.4 KB
Name: pedals002.jpg
Views: 551
Size: 55.8 KB
Name: pedals003.jpg
Views: 546
Size: 56.3 KB

Name: pedals005.jpg
Views: 453
Size: 56.9 KB

as you see before the bulkhead has had a steel plate welded on either side,,
the right hand bracket is welded direct to that & then a brace welded to the underside of the bulkhead,
the left hand bracket is the existing steering column support, which is also braced off the upper bulkhead, so nice and strong,,
theres 2 sets of holes in each bracket so i can move the pedals forward or back for prefered position

havent got the other master cylinder yet ence there only being 2 at the mo

cheers
marc
