Default Fuel pressure reg from Ford? (Sapph 4x4)

Need a new regulator since mine is leaking air.

Just wonder if someone bought from Ford and know if it comes with the fuel return hose connected to it or if they just charge mega-money for the regulator on its own.

Or perhaps someone could suggest a good dealer in the UK who might have it in stock because no one over here does. (So, they cant tell me how it looks like, they just want to sell me one)

I know i can get the regulator cheap but thats without the fuel return hose so if Ford ships with this i might pay the extra money for that, problem is Ford cant tell me if its with or without the hose.

I want the full package, 4x4 regulator with return hose. (on the 4x4 the hose is somehow shrinked on to the bottom of the regulator so i guess its a pain in the arse to get it to seal properly once removed)

Hmm, Brooklyn called me back and said the 4x4 reg (6909244) comes with the hose. Now i dont know what to think as i thought the logical explanation to it being twice the price to the 2wd reg was because it comes with a hose?

Doo, are you shure the 4x4 reg doesnt come with a hose and that hose you list aint the 2wd hose?

prices are mad mate even normal things like headlights are diffrent prices between left and right
so can`t see it been twice the price for a £13.00 hose

Do they have the part there or are they just saying it comes with the hose as it don`t show the hose with the fuel regulator on mircocat
They list the hose in diffrent place with the fuel lines.

hose is listed up 02/93 so should be the same hose as a 2wd.
if it was only listed for the 2wd it would be listed upto 02/90

Stu, i know they dont come with the hose from most dealers but hoped they did from Ford so that I wouldnt have to worry about getting it to seal properly. (im paranoid when it comes to fuel leaks)

Doo, the pics in the Microcat are of the 2wd fuel regulator and fuel rail. (checked myself at Ford today)

4wd reg is about twice the price than the 2wd from Ford, im hopings its because one comes with the hose.

after the regulator there is no pressure andreas so it's not a big deal to get it to seal.

The pics on mircocat are 4wd as well as 2wd use the same pic.
i have told you the finns of the hose but it`s no longer avab i can tell 100% the new reg won`t come with the hose.Trust me mate i worked for fords in the parts dept for the last 15 years i know how to use microcat.

Better than paying £150 + vat for the same reg without the hose your not going to get
why don`t you just buy a fuel regulator of a specialist like stu etc.. only around £60/70 pounds.and use a jubbie clip to hold the hose works fine on mine no probs.
