Its ok, i aint been nicked. Infact, the coppers gave me a lift to the train station 
I think they sympathised with me about the whole thing once they talked to her. Even the copper said she talks too fucking much!
I nicked her credit cards to piss her off, but ended up giving them back to the coppers to give to her cos i felt guilty and didn't fancy her calling the police for me nicking them!
I dunno what to do today, i been thinking about loads of stuff to say, but still not come up with anything that would satisfy how angry i am
I know what i am gonna do though, take her laptop which i gave her as a christmas present and sell the fucking thing to get me some cash. And i'll say if i don't see £100 for the new tyres, oil, gaskets, and parts i paid for by monday, i'll slash the tyres. I got the recipt, they are MY tyres, so no criminal damage charges for me there

Chip, you don't know what she's like mate, seriously.
If i done something wrong, she just runs to the nearest person, could be a total stranger, and start telling him/her stuff about me!
She goes nextdoor, even they are fed up with her keep going them complaining about me.
She always plays the 'He's going to hit me' card when she calls the police, just so they come out when the real reason she's got the hump is because i pulled some books off a shelve in a rage because she winds me up so much.

She's your fucking mother, i couldnt care less what my mum did, i would never do anything like that against her.
And i wouldnt throw books off a shelf in the first place either.

Where am i now? I got no money because i spent it all repairing the car she won't let me drive now, i'm not even allowed back to MY house, i'm starving hungry and tired. its lucky my step brother put me up for the night else i'll be on the streets.

Snowy, I thought you said you were both jointly on the rent book? Who was on there originally, was it just you?
To be honest I'd seriously consider moving out mate. If it was your house originally then I can see how that would be a bit of a downer, but you can't go on the way you are and you're obviously becoming very angry and bitter because of it mate.
Before going that far though, tell her you're going down to get your name taken off as soon as possible and that the rent will all be on her head from now on as you're leaving.
See how she responds.

I certainly will not be taking my name off it! That's what she wants.
Anyway, i went back to get a few bits and my laptop just so i'm not totally cut off. And she was in the sort of mood where i can see she regrets what she done and is trying to get on my good side but without saying sorry for humiliating me infront of my neighbours and friends.
I'll leave it a week and see what she says. She really hurt me and its gonna be hard to forget what she done.
