Default Block Paint

Anyone got any idea what paint Ford use to do there 200 blocks with?

I want to redo my block.

And hammerite satin is too shiny.

Anyone know what they use? or a suitable solution?

Cheers

VHT Nu-Cast Engine Enamels are unique formulas developed to restore OEM parts to their original newly cast appearances.

These Cast Aluminium and Iron Grey coatings withstand temperatures to 500ºF (287ºC) and are extremely resistant to chemicals, salt, corrosion and rust.

that could be another option if its does what the tin says
