After being on a while it keeps flashing up

Anybody know what this means

does it flash up at the same location everytime or is it random?

its a self programmed location,

example

you see a camera van at the side of the road, but the snooper doesn't know its there via the gps or lazer detector - you can program your own location in for alerts

i did it on mine when i fist got it, press and hold the big button on the front to input new location, so everytime i pulled on my drive it warned me just make sure if its not a high risk zone you dont upload it to the main database
