How shit have they gone over the last few years Can remember when they used to be good but last year or two had nothing but problems. When i went away i temp suspended the contract, of course when i come back i reinstated it. However bill comes through and they charged me £30 for it when they said it was free Cooonts. Phoned them up expecting a phone battle with them, though after 5 mins they agreed to give me my money back but i have to have a credit on my bill. So this month i still gotta pay the extra. Argh not like i havent got money to pay it but still its a pain!

 

prob when they got taken over by France Telecom.... But yes I agree, they are becoming worse and worse... Recently i have considered moving a number of times where before I was and Orange "freak" LOL

 

i was with orange for over 10 years, when i rang them to cancel they didnt ask why or offer me any sort of deal so im now with o2, the only thing thats annoying with them i found when you ring customer services an few days later you get a call from a company asking how good the customer services was

 

lol, i just had an email from o2 asking me to complete a survey online
seems they take customer service very seriouly

Damo i used to be the same, banging on about orange and would never leave them. Though they have gone down the pan now, think i will be changing to someone else, but who i dont know

 

One of the reasons I went back to Orange is that calls to 0800 are free, not like 02 I was on.







They've now changed it cooooonts

 

But I do like them sending a text if someone called but didn't leave a message when your phone is off

 

who? orange or o2?

 

Been with orange the last 9 years never had a prob or never had no signal as long as i can remember just gave me a free N70 upgrade as well.

I have heard that Orange are in financial strife and this is the reasin they are offering very poor upgrade phones
