i quit for 3 yrs, then my car got smashed by a gate in the carpark so i started smoking again (as i quit in the 1st place to pay for the car) then i quit again for 8 months, then someone went in the back of my car and then i started again, then i stopped and now im just smoking at weekends when drinking now. beer and ciggy. mmmm, but still very bad for me.
well done to everyone who has stopped, its difficult and im still battling it
