its not all that bad,,,,,,, a old mate of mine used to live in toxteth,,,,,,,,, now that was a interesting place,,,,,,,,,,, flower shops with iron shutters ASWELL AS THE PUBS
but it deffo was a real place though and even though i wouldnt live there i did like meeting the people ( very few had tashes and perms,,,,,,,,, but then everyone i was with was black

my mate was murdered and he was far from a angel
there is murders all over BUT ive only even had one mate murdered when they shot him several times and burned his body behind the airport
that aint a general murder mate, thats a PROPER carrer crime killing
even the birds in liverpool are agressive,,, my aunt is from there and fuck me has she got front
but its a laugh and i must admit i have never had a issue there,,,,,,, just as i said all the dodgy fookers i know seem to have funny accents

Gimme Liverpool anyday over Manchester! You only have to read car forums to see just how many car hijackings there are from Mancland and surrounding areas, how many do you see from Liverpool?
Liverpool is a great place and one of the more friendlier cities I've been to.

Liverpool is actually well down the pecking order nowadays for ALL crime,Manchester is FAR worse now,car crime in Manchester is out of control(Just check the insurance ratings.......Liverpool has actually gone down a group generally)
The problem with Liverpools image is that all the fooking nobodys from elsewhere like to big up and publicise what crimes are happening,so it ends up looking like it is rife here.......Also most of the violent crime happens between the Gangsters,so most of the murders are just Gangsters doing each other in........No disrespect to your mate Ginge but by your own admission he was a "Bad Lad" and if you dance with the Devil long enough,at some point it`s gonna get ugly...
I personally think that Liverpool is one of the Friendliest and Safest towns in the country now......The dibble are doing there job well and concentrating on hitting the low life hard and the place is getting better as a result.......Also the plod are very tolerant of drivers and car enthusiast`s in Liverpool,We don`t get hassled and if you do get pulled in your cossie,most of the time it`s because officer gotcha is an enthusiast himself and just wants to have a mooch.......How many Scousers on here do you hear complain about harrassment or bad treatment from the plod..
I have travelled all around Britain with work and racing so having seen almost all of it,i think i am qualified to comment....
But don`t take my word for it..........................Come and have a look for yourselves.........Everybody is welcome..

Crime in Liverpool is having a huge clampdown, in readiness for 2008 when L'pool is opened as The European City of Culture.
You're so right there, most of the killings are related to the ganglands and Toxteth is still the centre for most of this.

I worked in Liverpool for over ten years and the crime was out of this world 
I now work in Manchester and the crime is isn't half as bad.
In Liverpool they were cocky as F@ck they would take things while you was still there and if you challenged them they would pull a Knife out
I would say keep the beer it ain't mine, but it did give me a bad feeling about them which was a shame.
