i'm getting really confused people keep telling me different things

i'm got 2 rs2000's mk5 1 with 74k & 1 with 103k

what oil do i use???!??

5-30 or 10-40?

and part or fully synthetic?

sorry if i'm being thick but always get confused with oil.

also is it ok swapping from part to fully synthetic or vise versa?
