Poxy council... Got the keys to my place on 25 Novemeber.. no flooring, no nothing, hence not moving in for a month later...
get a letter... 400+ quid, dated from 1 November..
Sent a letter clearing stating the property wasnt even built then... Then I get another letter 400+ quid from 1 November.. Are people REALLY this stupid..???
Plus.. BT,.. fookin absolutely useless...
BT Broadband please... ok, 75 quid to activate your line.. So a little harsh, but needed I guess.. 24th Jan we will be with you... No probs.. Call them back as I forgot to get a modem off of them.. lady on the phone said that the date had been cancelled
WTF.. who by, because it werent me..
If I hadnt of phoned, I would have wasted a days annual lkeave to wait for a BT engineer who wouldnt turn up..

BT do that to us in work on a regular basis. We often order phone lines for clients to convert to ADSL. On many occasions the installation date has passed without a visit from an engineer. They cancel the install for one reason or another but never inform us.
