My mates car!! Ive changed my spark plugs , up rated my fuel pump an checked my map sensor and they are all ok . so when i set of in 1st its fine, in 2nd its still fine an cracks of the limiter with no miss at all, an then in 3rd 4th an 5th there is a slight miss higher up the revs an ive replaced all the sensers around the engine an it still does it, but occasionally it doesnt do it which i just cant understand

 

what leads do you have on it

 

If you havent got GENUINE FORD BERU leads.......That is your problem

 

what boost is she running? and what boost is she ment too run?

yeh try closing your spark club gaps.
if you have those horrid blue leads pull them apart and try cleaning up all the contacts- they'll probably be all furry and coroded.
Also try a group A coil
