As part of my clean living detox (yep no chemicals for me for a while!) I'm being doing a few weights etc to try and get fit.

I promised my dad ages ago I'd help him do the loft. Anyway fter months of finding excuses not to help I've finally given in.... and to be honest having a great time!!!

THose who know me will know I'm bloody lazy. Superlazy in fact! But when I put my mind to something I seem to do a bloody good job!

We are building a 6" false floor in te loft to relay some insolation (you know the glass fiber stuff that looks very cozy but also double itchy!! ) We are half done now and I'm feeling pretty good! Plus the ol' father and son bond is pretty good now too!

So there you have it. Want a change in yourlife? take up DIY with your dad... hang on that sounds a bit dodgy!
