Default Please help with prices

Thinking of buying one of 2 cars, just wonderd what kind of money i'm looking at spending, i will be looking for a car with a few sensible mods but doesn't matter if the body work isn't 100%, no rot though.

Either a RWD sapphire or a 3 door cosworth, any info would be greatly appreciated

Matt
