Not too sure what the standard block would take. I thought just go t2 at first but seems t3 would be a little better? I might be barking totally up the wrong tree and could be assuming wrong though :S

Any recommendations?

There are many different housing styles and flanges on Garrett turbos, so by just saying T3 or T2 or whatever, people still won't know exactly if/how it will fit.

Something like a T3 from a Coswoth will fit with some messing about, and should be good for well over 200PS easily.

You could retain your exhaust housing but TBH it is the weak link on the ERST blower - go Cossie housing and 3" downpipe.

IMO a decent T3 Turbo for a Fiesta or Escort is a 2wd Cosworth type with 0.48 housing. This is great for overall results. If you want more power than most 200bhp type F/ERST then the 4x4 T3 is the next choice.
