is it me or do the days between boxing day and new yr eve seem boring, strange, weird and pointless. quite alot of places are closed or have weird opening times, your recovering after xmas and waiting for new yr. not many people seem to be around and ya find yaself a bit bloody bored to be honest. im just sittin round waitin for new yrs eve now so can meet up with everyone again and get on the old beers again lol

The days between xmas and new years should be designated public bank holidays it is pointless working between theres never anything to do

Same thoughts here Mike - Its a big anti climax IMO

I'm forced to take 3/4days annual leave as work shuts down til the new year. I would much prefer to keep them for the summer, rather than going round fighting with everyone in DFS / B&Q / Next etc etc.

I recon it's great - I'm sat here still in bed. I really can't remember the last time I could do that.

Nice time to catch up on stuff that I have not been able to do for ages because haven't had time. Plenty of drinking too
