Don't know whether you've already written it, but I found the following site very useful when writing my last one:

It also has the following, to work out if you're paying the right amount of tax/NI (although I'm not sure it's been updated for the 2005 tax-figures, weird, they used to be pretty up-to-date):

totally agree, this is how I done it although my company does do the same as the company I worked for only BETTER.lol I'm still on speaking terms with my old employer though and even my old work mates popped down to my workshop to help paint.lol

Yeah i suppose its the way it should be done, i would like to get some business out of them as their a Lexus dealership
