4x4 exhaust manifold will probably restrict it to around 450bhp, as will the inlet manifold.

Greys will only flow enough fuel for around 440bhp.

Make sure the 750cc injectors are evenly matched in flow. The ones my Dad have are all over the place and flow a random figure everytime you test them.

Your options are stick with the T34 and greys (or go for an MD130 turbo from TD and greys), or modify/change the plenum, exhaust manifold and the turbo and fit siemens injectors.

I assume you have an 044 Bosch pump already?

You WILL need a live map for this.

so the options later are 4 a diff manifold/turbo but if i put greys in now i'll only ave to change them later

Croppy, the reason people say the T34 is not a 400bhp turbo is because at that power level, you're running it outside is compressor map. It's a TRUE 380bhp turbo but can be pushed to over 400bhp (again, if you get 420 on the dyno, once it's in the car with everything else strapped to it like alternatoras and power steering pumps etc, this 420 may drop down to 400).

Yes, the Bosch 044 is what is refered to as the Group A. If your car is an Escort Cos, it won't be the 044 pump though...

Yes mate, you might as well make a little use out of the T34.

Siemens are the "black" injectors that Stu and Kenny @ Motorsprt Developmets fit (with good results). The 750cc injectors my Dad has are Holley/MSD/Rochester injectors.

A GT35 is probably to big. I would look at a GT30 with internal wastegate.

Rochesters look like this...

Siemens look like this...

cheers m8 so any ideas what power to expect on the siemen's and wiv a gt30
what would be the best ecu/management to run it on coz as said would have to be live mapped

does the gt need a 2wd mainifold and do the injectors fit straight on or ned a fitting kit

thanx 4 ur info be back on later gotta nip out now

Basic summary off the top of my head...

Power out put is a variable depending on manifolds used but anywhere between about 430 and 550 bhp...

To make good use of the GT30 you will need to address the restrictive 4x4 exhaust and the restrictive elbow on the inlet.

You will also need to think about fuel supply (pump, wiring and piping), and if it is up to the job.

The injectors will fit straight into the manifold and fuel rail.

L8 4x4 Sapph or P8 large turbo Escort Cossie ECU will be needed without going to aftermarket management....

As daz sed,

The most important thing about New age high flow inj, is get them, Flow checked and matched, as the quality of them is ment to be real bad.

I run a internal gt30, (AET Turbo's) is a true 480-500 bhp turbo on a 2ltr YB.

you will need to run 2wd ex mani, and if you want 450-500 bhp, and 4 inj's you will need small turbo escos inlet as is good for 500bhp.

A std ecu can be mapped, and will be fine for the job.

croppy i run the 750cc injectors i went for these instead of greys if ur goin for a t34 even with a 63 houseing you will only see 380 mabey a little more . As for a standalone ecu really depends on what u want from it and what ur budget is but is worth while

cheers jay
