as you seem like a clever bunch of people who can tell me the following.

i have a spare rocker cover for my car and fancy spraying it.will aerosol paint from halfords/motorfactors do the job or not.if not what do i need

If i was you i would send it to RSGAZ as he gets them done and look the bollocks

the reason i asked was because i had a design sprayed on my last one and that was done by a bodyshop so assumed it was just car bidy paint and it held up well.

i use normal halfords piss tins , if applied correctly itll be fine .
