Can't log into photobucket.

If I click the database page it will open, but when I log in to make changes, it either

1. Page is blank, but says "done" down the bottom load-bar
2. Blue loading bar gets bout 1/2 way then just stops & sand-timer just keeps turning & turning, but doesn't load.



Is everyone else ok ?

You sure it was Photobucket you logged into and not the Contacts section on your phone??

I now know what the problem is..but don't know how to sort it.

My computer is stopping the ad from loading: and hence blocking the screen from displaying. I have no pop-up stopper working. My zone-alarm settings have not changed from before.

Any ideas ?

 

This has happened again. Last time I reset all my internet settings, deleted cookies and temp files.

Ran adaware & spybot: deleted all spyware. Ran anti-v: nothing.
Done all the above again with internet settings and it still exists. Any ideas??

what kind of blocker are you using? I had these problems with another site (Not PB) ended up being peergardian....Switched it off n it worked fine...

Confiqured it so that the site was in my 'Allowed' list

 

Have you tried doing it with ZoneAlarm de-activated?

 

Smit: what do you mean by blocker ?? Pop-up/Ad blocker ? None.
Have disabled ZA, but still the same. Also checked the settings on there, but as normal.

I have asked on numerous occassions and even replied to any emails I get via that old account which was opened before the big crash a few yrs back now.

As you can see, I'm having comp problems and logging-in under old names whilst i'm deleting files and cookies is not helping

What AV are you using?

 

Norton. It was working fine up until yesterday when itstartedhappening. I hadn't d/l anything or added any programs. *Something* has made this happen.

I'd rather find out what is causing it than people say "Oh, you don't want that program, you want this instead". I'd prefer to find out the problem and fix it as it was working fine before.

 

Had a feeling you might say Norton... try de-activating it and see what happens. Norton can cause all sorts of unexplained problems.

 

Hello mate. Cheers for the advice: however: just started the computer up and *touch wood* it all seems to be bloody functioning ok. Pages are d/l fine. All pics present, adverts displaying ok and speed is normal...so far.

I've checked norton and everything is as it should be: all set to default/recommended like normal. I haven't changed anything since I posted last, switched the comp off (as I went out) and have booted back up again.

Fookin thing !!

I'll re-post if it starts t obe annoying again.
