Default Parcelforce are robbing *****

Public service announcement

Anyone use parcelforce lately?

I needed to send 4 tyres to Blackpool @ the weekend.

Parcelforce would take em as one parcel and wanted £77 to take as two

www.parcel2go.com collected em and only wanted £22

Today I had to send another parcel, only about 6kg but needed insurance for £350

Priced it up on parcelforce website, the additional insurance was £10 so £24 for a 48 hour service.

Or £19 to send Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed next day AM

Robbing twats, don't use em

Just needed to get that off my chest

the limits on weight and size for all the royal mail and parcel force services are a joke IMHO.

I've never had a problem with any other couriers except when the goods wieghed over 35kg in one parcel which meant i had to send it on a pallet, but was still cheaper than royal mail/ parcel force.

"Senditquick" and "parcel force" is a massive contradiction in terms Stu.

The minimum I have known them (Parcel Force) deliver a 2 day UK parcel in is 7 days.

The claims process then takes a further 3 weeks, but then you get all your money back
