gear & diff oils in saphy cos 4x4
now then 
need some help here, what oils do u use in ya diffs and boxes. changing mine at the week end just as i have no idea when they were done last.
also fitting 500 cooler and wondering what boost is safe on STD Cr, stage 3, T34 etc...... running 23 peak and 20 held at the moment
