was on the M40 today towards High Wycombe - mate, the cloud is fuckin enormous..................blocked the sun, sky black as you like..............must be visible hundres of miles from I was, and that's a good 20 miles from Hemel

I'm further than you and it woke me up. It rattled the house so hard that I thought somebody was kicking the front door in. Our cockatiels fell of their perches and we had a couple of car alarms going off. I'm about 15miles away from it

I fitted a kit for a guy in Chalfont somet or other near Amersham and it was very obvious and yes he heard it...

Could see it from oxford on the M40 going south
