Fair play to you IMA, good to see someone swallowing thier pride and apologizing, but everyone must say, even if they hate your guts that NO-ONE deserves to be ripped off like you have been, and seeing the attitude that the seller has taken, I would be VERY,VERY angry and I would persue the matter through the small claims court, as the only thing protecting a private sale is if the goods sold are not fit for purpose or not as described, and this instance seems to fit the bill perfectly. Take the fooker to court, as he obviously is not at all interseted in settleing this matter amicably, don't let them get away with it or unscroupulous types will keep getting away with it

Not being funny mate but if i believed someone had tucked me up with some dodgy parts and then came on here taking the piss i think i would be a little angry as well Wouldn't you?

 

now now, calm down, I spoke to you on the phone ( u seem a very different person on the phone ), told you that we can reach a compromise, but you came up with something stupid like askiing for 200 quid for wheels that had been repaired about 4 times from the same company, it is easy for me to think that u are pulling wool over me eyes and making these claims simply because you stopped liking the wheels after everybodies comments. And just wanted to blame me for this.

yeh good point fella's, if i thought id been ripped of i to would be pissed of, but the bottm line is, I TOLD ima about the wheel being buckled, i never once got a complaint, stating what had happened, it was only by chance, by a few weeks later that i saw a thread on here in regard to the wheels i sold, and could not believe what i was reading. Anyway water under the bridge now
