Default Max Power one std Cossie engine...?

So a std 4wd engine with std internals, except for Cometic head gasket/std bolts, arp bolts in the rest, 500 spec I/C, T-34 (360 bearing/.63 ex house), K&N, 3bar map ect ect.

what would be the approx MAX power that I could run safe ??? And what injectors would you recommend ??

330bhp on greens with an off the shelf chip. If you want more, would require greys and a live map.

a mate of mine who is a occasional user on PF uses blue injectors on his,

not very standard internals on his we don't think as it was a SCS engien but was making just about 380bhp @ 1.9 bar and previous reports show the car made just over 400bhp @ 2 - 2.1 bar

engine performs really well and I think its a good setup but maybe some would disagree.
