very very weird
its 2pm and ive just been out to my car to find my window wiprs going, my internal heaters working on full blast and the music playing in my car
whilst my keys were upstairs in my room and car was full switched off
ive now got a flat battery and im really fucking puzzled, turned the car on and obviously it wont fire up,so turned it all the way off again and still my heaters and wipers work when the car is fully turned off
im puzzled and annoyed

mk5/6 Escorts are notorious for having dodgy fuse boxes - that'd be the first thing I'd check.
I think they get quite a bit of moisture on them - especially with this crap weather we're having at the mo.
Cheers,
Andy

Professional Waffler
My old Mk3 Escort did this and it turned out to be one of the wires at either the starter or Alternator. Check all the main connections on these to eliminate them
