Default Parcel2go.com

Warning to anyone thinking of using Parcel2go.com - don't! They are completely useless. I arranged for a parcel to be collected on 16/11/2005. They took payment straight away but three weeks later they still hadn't collected it despite numerous promises that it would be collected on a certain date. They offerred no explanation except once when they fobbed me off with the excuse "the person you spoke with before has been off sick since and so probably didn't get a chance to actually place your order".

After 3 weeks of them arranging new dates but not turning up I decided to cancel and drive up myself. I then spent £70 in fuel doing the 500 mile round trip to collect my parcel only to find that they had turned up to collect it shortly before me despite me cancelling them the day before.

They haven't answered any of the 8 e-mails previously sent and their telephone customer services recon they cannot answer any questions by phone and to send an e-mail.

I know some people of here use them and maybe I am just jinxed but parcel2go are shite. When Parcel Force failed to turn up at least they had the decency to refund me unlike these cowboys.

They may be cheap but there's a reason for that.

I had the same problems, moved over to www.postvan.com now, a little more expensive but SO much better in comparison

I spoke to a chap called Pete in parcel tracking option, very helpful @ www.parcel2go.com

they won't answer emails and didnt reply to a letter I sent also, same exat situation like you - 3 weeks and nobody turned up - CRAP service IMO

i use www.interparcel.co.uk - they are extremely helpful, send couriers next day at short notice and best of all they don't piss about - if you have a problem, they refund you no questions

And after the first order from interparcel, all subsequent orders are 10% off the stated price

IMO they are absolute idle cock sucking wankers.

I ordered golf clubs last year and they were sent by these tossers....i got a tracking number to go online. It kept saying online for about a week that they had tried to deliver but the 'consignee was on holiday'....my wife had taken time off to actually sign for them for me...so that shows they were just lying cocks and the driver was a fat lazy bastard who couldnt be arsed to deliver them...

A week later they finally got dropped.....at the neighbours
